The following awards are presented annually at NECoPA

The Marc Holzer Outstanding Service Award
The Marc Holzer award recognizes a NECoPA member for sustained and exemplary service and outstanding contributions to the organization. It is named after NECoPA’s founding father, Marc Holzer, who is a prominent international academic and leader in the field of public administration and who served as a past president of the American Society for Public Administration
