The Northeastern (NECOPA) and Southeastern (SECOPA) Conferences of Public Administration are coming together for the first joint conference.
Hosted by the School of Public Service at Old Dominion University, this year’s conference will an opportunity to bring together scholars from across the eastern seaboard andthe country, and across the globe!

The conference will be held at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, located in the heart of downtown Norfolk along the scenic waterfront.
