The School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg welcomes your proposed papers, panels, and posters for NECoPA 2016. Please submit your proposal (250 words) as an email attachment together with a title, biographical sketch, and contact information. Submissions should be sent to the Conference Chair, Dr. Bing Ran, at NECoPA2016@gmail.com. All proposals must be submitted by June 1, 2016.
